That early sequence in OT where Butler, Teague and Towns are trying to make a shot in vain, that didn't upset me.

Wiggins stood off in the corner while all of this was happening and he did NOTHING! NOTHING! He wasn't trying to move without the ball. He didn't crash the boards. He just stood there like "I'll be here if you need me. Text me."

If anyone wonders why there's friction with the team in the locker room allegedly, it's that Wiggins gets rewarded with 40 minutes of doing that nonsense while the bench gets yanked or doesn't play at all.

He shot terrible no doubt can't argue that (made 5 of his last 6 though). Thought he brought great effort tonight. Was the one with the key rebound to get Butler the 3. You could find possessions on everyone not doing anything.

Also the reports have nothing to do with wiggins. The couple of rumblings are butler called out KAT for a lack of defensive effort.

If Butler made the game winner we'd all be happy right? Well maybe not. Great game.

Fun game not great game. But in general I agree with you. We lost what sucks. Butler was a beast and our overall team defense is coming along. Made to many mistakes down the stretch. A team can't score 15 of its last 17 possessions

But the season is taking a turn now. It started with towns sucks on D (what I posted about a lot). Now it is blame wiggins part of the season. He shot terrible but I'm a tad annoyed that we complained over the years that wiggins does nothing if he is not scoring, well tonight he had 7 rebs (4 offensive but hey he was standing there doing nothing), 2 asts, 2stls, 2 blks. Held his matchup to 14 ots. Did he play great no. But man people are salty tonight.

He reverts to these awful habits where he removes himself from the offense. Part of why we got beat is because Sixers players kept moving and got rewarded with nice passes and back door cuts for easy hoops. Wiggins can't have that happen if he's watching the play like you and I. That play especially frustrated me.

I imagine that was who it was. I was in Vegas during part of that finals and I remember losing like 3 bills on the stupid Spurs who lost at Home, I think maybe game 3 or 4. Imagine David Robinson and Duncan and they lose to a little turd like Iverson and a bunch of scrubs (for one game).

I think iverson's sixers lost to Lakers and not for Spurs. That team had good defense with Mutombo, Lynch, Show, Hill and McKie. They even had Raja Bell in bench. Had to check that from basketball reference but others I remembered. In offense it was basically Iverson playing one on five every time.

I get it. The issue is that we should expect more than this EVERY game from a guy that is going to make $30MM a season beginning next year. You simply can't applaud a guy for finally having a decent game in other areas.

I dug Eric Snow. I remember watching him at Michigan State. He sucked so bad. I never thought he'd be an NBA player. But he worked his ass off to become a decent enough player for 10+ seasons. Consider this...

Free throw shooting:
Freshman - 20%
Sophomore - 27%
Junior - 45%
Senior - 61%

And he didn't stop there. He was a career 76% shooter in the pros and even shot 86% one season.
