If anybody can name a VP or GM with a better track record over the past two seasons I'd love to hear it. When you consider his first offseason/season was built around trying to win with Adelman and Love in order to entice Love to stay you really have to give credit for his last two off seasons!

I don't even really blame him for bringing Young in given the roster still had potential to compete last season short the typical mass-injuries. I don't mind the Young for KG trade as I am a belieber in KG's influence on this young team leaving only the Payne trade as questionable in my mind. Is there another GM/VP/Coach without at least one questionable move?

Flip has more than exceeded my admittedly low expectations at bringing in another lifetime member of the country club!

Agree 100%. The positives vastly outweigh the negatives so far. Yes Payne has been a whipping boy so far but at least Flip was acquiring young talent for a pick. It may turn out to be a bad trade but the risk between Payne and a pick at 14 is quite similar.

Nice Alex. Lebron has a bright future as a mover and a shaker. Him and KG may be rival owners one day.

There are multiple GM's better than Flip the last two years, but the important thing is Flip is making good moves as a GM overall.

I don't know, Flip also had to toss in 625,000 towards Bjelica's buyout. Getting more expensive...
