Maybe his knee is sore? Not worth risking long term for the short term, not like the Wolves are winning anything this season. Big picture.

He was medically cleared to play for either this game or LA but not both. They kept him out for the Laker game.

They said Thibs left it up to Jimmy. Maybe he wanted the extra rest? You don't know how his knee was feeling.

This is ridiculous. If Jimmy isn't ready to go, he isn't ready to go. I'd blame anyone who forced him to play before he was ready!

This is about the rest of our players, specifically Towns, Wiggins, and TEAGUE. We should be a playoff team with those three being the trio if the "potential" is to be believed..

Towns showed up, but he absolutely cannot foul out at that point of a game. You chance a foul and give up a potential two points and take our best player out of the game, or you make the right choice by avoiding the foul and allowing an easy make or a potential miss.

Wiggins is complacent, what's new.

Teague is just a terrible fit at PG for this team, and i've stated such since the beginning. We have 3 iso players - 2 stars, 1 potential star. You either keep a playmaker at PG or pure 3/d pg to pair with Tyus - AKA Ricky or ?/Tyus. Yes, Ricky needed the ball in his hands to be effective, yet he is light years ahead of teague at deciphering a defense and looks to pass first. Teague needs the ball in his hands and is looking to score first.. How does any of that make sense with 2 ISO dominant wings and an extremely gifted offensive big???

We lose to bottom feeders in a playoff run! It's inexcusable.

I'm usually with you monster but in a huge game we need to come away with it and we didn't. Playoffs in huge danger now

Sure right now it is. If they take care of business these next 3 games thisbgame isn't a big deal. Let's see.

You know what is funny about this game? 2 teams that suck on defense and good offenses... final score 96-100. Lol

I agree. No more excuses for this team. We lose a game at home against Memphis, one of the worst teams in the League. In fact, we get manhandled by them. We have a huge game at home against a key rival, the Jazz, and get dominated. And here we have another huge game against a good but not great team and although we make it close we lose. Thibs holds out Butler for the Laker game. Teague continues to overdribble. Wiggins stands around on offense and finishes 4-12, which might have something to do with a PG who doesn't make his teammates better. Not acceptable.

I'm calling it what it was. They tried to sneak out a win without Jimmy to have their cake and eat it too and now the season is in jeopardy. You don't take up an active spot if your knee is sore and you can't play.

Who else is going to be played by Thibs? This stance is ridiculous. If this team can't get into the playoffs without Jimmy, that's despicable. I'd prefer him to be completely healthy for the playoffs or to be healthy for next year. Not risking his health to be the savior of a bullshit response from the rest of our roster and coach.

Meh, they get several DNP's every game. Cole/MGH/Brooks, Him suiting up or not didn't matter.
