I would rather lose a well played game against a good team in which the kids showed growth than win a game largely because one of the geezers who won't be here next year went off. It's just pathetic that they were one lousy point away from going 0-4 on a homestand many expected 4-0!
Outside of Towns and Bazz there is nothing good to take from that mess.
Disagree with this, the wolves are in the stage they need to win games, towns and shabazz were great. Wiggins was ok. They won. Also kmart has two more years left, he will be part of the transiting period
Why do they need to win? So Sam gets an extension? Forget that mess they need to develop kids and lose as many as possible so that we can fire this coach and have a real coach come in and fill a whole new staff that brings out the best in all the talent. This team barley beats LA twice, barley beats Philadelphia what the hell do we want wins for?
Also a team that swept the Hawks, beat the Bulls. There is a natural transiting period. How are the wolves going to get any FA if the wolves can't win ball games. Two young guys had great games and they won, the wolves have 2 cornerstones and a potential 3rd one. It is not about ping pong balls any more
How does a guy with Wiggins physical characteristics somehow avoid getting a single rebound? Man, too many games he simply contributes points or nothing. And I am not as impressed with his defense as other. Is he above average...debatable. Lock down defender...no way. At least not with any regularity.

I'm with Kekgeek here. We need to freakin' win games - not for Mitchell or "the mentors" - but for the young guys. I'm tired of the losing culture that's permeated this franchise for so many years. It's good for them to get a taste of a win, especially a close win like this one.

all who shoot better then Rubio actually
Chalmers had Lebron, Barea had Dirk. Successful non superstar teams have guards that can shoot.
