Five minutes in Rocco asks to be taken out to catch his breath, LOL. He has some serious conditioning and strength work to do in this next offseason. But he has some nice foundational skills and is only going to get better assuming he puts the work in. Plus being 7'3" helps!

I just got caught up to live action (by just watching the Rocco minutes). You can't teach 7'3" plus the nice skillset AND 3-point shooting. A lot to be encourage about in the next year or two

Yeah, year or two sounds about right. Being 7'3" with a 40% 3-point shot and some decent touch inside of 8 feet can go a long ways. He turns the ball over when he tries to do too much and runs out of gas easily.

If he keeps improving his body and conditioning and that 3-point shot holds up he and Joan could make for a very interesting big-man pairing at times, as Rocco can space the floor on offense and Joan is nimble enough to guard 4s on the other end.

Rocco and the Iowa Wolves in action again tonight. At the half Rocco has 14 points, 8 rebs, 1 asst, 1 stl, 1 blk, and 1 TO in 15 minutes.

It looks like they are starting to ramp up his minutes a bit more. He usually only goes for about 12-13 minutes per half.

Tristen Newton is playing....for the other team! He has 20 points at the half! Given Houston's dearth of guards I wouldn't be surprised if he gets some time with the Rockets before the regular season is done.

Freeman has been meh. Why on earth did we give him the 2-way and not Newton??? Looks so dumb in hindsight.

Iowa wins. Rocco ended up with 22 points and 15 rebounds in 29 minutes. He was a +24 in a 7-point win.

Impressive and encouraging. Dilly should be on the court with Rocco in Iowa.

I thought it looked dumb at the time without hindsight. Tristen looked good in SL and we’ve always had a PG issue.

The games are coming fast and furious down in Iowa! They played Western Conference leaders Mexico City Capitanes tonight and won 113-104. Rocco didn't put up big numbers but had a solid 17 points, 11 rebs, 3 assts, and 2 blocks. He was a team-leading +21 in 31 minutes.

P.S. The Wolves have had a three game home stand in Des Moines. Why the f*ck isn't Dillingham down there getting minutes!?! I couldn't agree more with those of you begging for him to get real minutes and experience playing in Iowa. And he could be developing chemistry with Rocco to boot! That pick and subsequent lack of development is 100% on Connelly. What a colossal mistake.

Makes me think there is a trade lined up...
