Bolmaro will be signing his contract this week and it could be done as early as tomorrow.

I'm guessing he will get 0 minutes in the G-League. You don't come getting rotation minutes from the best team in Europe to the G-league. I think Bolmaro will surprise people and be an important bench piece for the Wolves. Like he was for Barcelona this year.

I agree with what you are saying I was just stating why there might be some value if he did play there. I think you few more strongly about Bolmaro than I do but I do think there is a real chance of him contributing this year especially with the comments from Schmitz.

Q you mentioned Bolmaro supplanting Okogie. What if he replaced some of Prince's minutes? I think that's possible if he actually is ready. I think Prince might be a decent player and maybe be more valuable to the Wolves but he might just be...a decent player at best which is a bit of what he has been the last couple of seasons so that may not be a hard bar to jump over. Also if there are teams (including the Wolves) that see Bolmaro the way Schmitz does that's a real asset to either move or keep on the roster

I've learned my lesson. These guys (former DXers) generally know what the hell they're talking about (although given the season Hayes had, I'm not sure having Bolmaro ranked higher means much). I'd be thrilled if Schmitz was right.

I guess I view Prince as more of a bench PF than SF on this roster, especially given our paucity of bigs. I mean, who backs up Vando? Bolmaro is more of a role-playing wing that can handle the ball some and spot up. He's going to be competing with Nowell and Okogie for minutes IMO.

I have a lot of respect for Mike Schmitz. He's not always right, but he's usually on the money with his draft assessments. So I'm starting to turn positive again about Bolmaro. :)

The DXers have also been wrong on a number of prospects, as we all are from time to time. That's part of the game, though. Hopefully, Mike Schmitz is right on this one, but I think Leandro Bolmaro is more developmental than ready to contribute.

I think Okogie and Prince are in the pole position for backup forwards, with Okogie playing more SF and Prince more PF.

I agree Okogie and Prince are the likely backups at SF and PF, but you now have J-Mac that could bump one of those two out of the rotation. If Beverly and DLO become your starting backcourt, then J-Mac will be in the rotation. And the domino effect would likely push Jaden into a backup role, which would bump either Okogie or Prince from the rotation.
