It's easy to not trust most guys in the organization, but if Gupta is behind the cap management and drawing up these deals, has he done anything for fans to doubt him?

Guys here were worried he'd leave.

Man, it's a little odd when I feel like I'm being the optimist. And scary.

Abe/Lip/others, I think you guys are over-blowing this roster construction dilemma. First off, Edwards, Okogie, and Culver all have the size to play some "modern day" 3. Not every team is trotting out a rotation of 6"7 and 6"8 small forwards 48 minutes per night.

Second, yes, Rubio is DLO's "backup" but he can also play with him. I don't expect him to play just the 16 or so minutes DLO isn't playing. And BTW, the $17M per year Eric Bledsoe played 27 MPG last year.

Third, guys ALWAYS get hurt. Perhaps someone like Culver or even Edwards gets the short end of the stick on minutes the first month or two of the season. You all know that won't last. People will get hurt and these guy will have to step up.

It's a really condensed schedule and both Rubio and Russell have missed games in the past. As long as one of them is healthy we will be just fine having a legit starting PG available every game which would be big. I know people are not a big fan of load management but in this season that might be smart or even needed. I keep assuming McLaughlin will he retained and if he is for real no problem we have that position locked down with quality guys and all of them can play with one of the others if needed.

There MIGHT have been extenuating circumstances with Bledsoe and the Bucks.

After all... Giannis only played 30 mpg... and he led that team in minutes. The Bucks were so dominant (and Bud was so adamant about minutes) that the starters would rarely play in the 4th quarter of many wins.

I have a sneaky suspicion the Wolves won't be in that position as often.

Yes, very scary that you're the optimist, Q. Perhaps this is really the twilight zone. :) But seriously, all good points. Long arms, quick feet, athleticism, strength and tenacity can go a long way and Okogie certainly has all of those characteristics as do Culver and Edwards but to a lesser degree. I guess tenacity doesn't apply to Edwards and I'm not sure I'd call Culver strong. But you get what I mean. So yes, there is hope. And it might be fun. I showed my wife college highlights of Edwards. She's excited and was happy we drafted him instead of Wiseman because Edwards looks more exciting. So there you go. I'm starting to sound like an optimist. At least my wife will enjoy the games. :)

Malik Beasley was seen with Scottie Pippen Ex wife holding hands. She is only 20 years older then him and Beasley is married and the couple is only facing criminal felony charges. What could go wrong with Malik, can't see any red flags here

Maybe an older woman is just what he needs to get him under control. :)

Hahah, you might be right. I know they live a different lifestyle then I do. Good for Malik to get it in with when him and his wife are facing felony charges.

You understate things, kekgeek- she's 22 years older than him!

Well, I for one am relieved. I was concerned for a while that we didn't have enough Kardashian influence on the team, but now with KAT and Beasley part of the family, we'll be just fine. How did Rosas let Tristan Thompson get away though? And any truth to the rumors about Ed Davis and Kaitlyn Jenner?

Hmm...never thought that Michael Beasley would be remembered in NBA lore as "the sane Beasley".
