We also need another big. Hopefully pek will be healthy in a month. I like bjelica and he has certainly prove me wrong but I fear he may be playing too many minutes straight off the bench. He plays for long stretches at a time and it might be wise and better for him if we could give him a few minutes rest 9-10min stint to keep him fresh and prevent injuries. Instead he has been playing 12-14mins straight at a time.
So are we at the point where Rubio has to be treated like a fragile piece of glass for the rest of his career?

Obviously. He gets nose bleeds out of nowhere.
Maybe Sam should staple Ricky's mittens to his jacket when it starts to snow
I'll worry about Ricky's fragility if later this season he looks like he'll likely play in only around 65 games like Martin or Pek. So I'm just hoping the issue that kept Ricky out tonight isnt serious or chronic.

At this point, Dieng really isn't helping his trade value by playing like dog shit. He has not looked good to start the season; not in a single game.
Trade Value?? I don't think Dieng is being shopped at all. I think he's got a role on the team. Frankly, I think KMart, Miller and Bazz are more likely to be moved than Dieng.
I would shop Dieng, Payne, and KMart at this point. Miller is not going anywhere. This team is close. We need LaVine to get minutes at SG by moving K Martin. We could use a backup PG and a PF to play with Bjleica. I think to maximize Shabazz's productivity you need him playing as primary scorer with a PG on the second unit and bring him in to carry the load when Wiggins sits down.

Exactly. Yes - both Bazz and Dieng have struggled somewhat so far. But both have a much bigger body of work than the seven games we've seen this year. I have to believe they'll find their stride as the season progresses. On the flip side (no pun intended), Payne has looked great so far. No need to be thinking about trades after seven games. What we see now might not be what we see in a few months. Gotta give this thing some time. I'm content being 4-3. Just hope the injuries don't kill us again this year.
I gotta agree with Anthony here. While I would never be opposed to any trade that makes us better, this team doesn't need to make any moves right now. Dieng was close to our best player in preseason, and has looked up to the job of being a backup center his first two years. Plus he may be the 3rd string center in three weeks. I'm not worried about him. And yes, Bazz has been playing poorly...not being productive offensively and making a lot of sloppy passes. But we have seen what a prolific scorer he can be when he is on his game, and I'm not worried. Finally, Payne is a second year player with length and athleticism and very little rookie experience, and he showed last night why Flip thought he was worth at least a late first round pick. While he doesn't look like a rotation player yet, we don't need him to be one...I think a lot of teams would love to have a guy like that for depth purposes. l like the way this roster is structured right now.
The only player I'm inclined to trade right now is Martin for three reasons:
1. Martin is a terrible liability defensively and his game is entirely one-dimensional, even as applied to just the offensive end where he can score but does nothing else.
2. At age 32, Martin's game won't improve and his combination of age and injury history suggest he he can't be counted on as part of this team's future as a potential title-contender in 2-3 years.
3. His presence on the team takes minutes from two key young players, Shabazz and especially Zach. In Zach's case particularly, Martin's presence coupled with the absence of a bona fide backup PG, stifles Zach's development at his natural SG position.
I wouldn't just give Martin away, but I'd shop him pretty aggressively.
