Just shorten the rotation and focus on the development of wiggins/dieng/towns/rubio/lavine 5. That should be the priority this season and nothing else.

The rest of the team should take a lesser role going forward.

Kevin martin- Either trade him now or just sit him. We are not winning games playing him 25-30mins a night anyway. There is no need to try to get him going and letting him hunt shots and play selfish every game in hope of getting him going.

Bazz- We pretty much know what bazz is already. He gives great effort and hustles and is probably the toughest guy on the team. But he is the prime example of a black hole. Forget about getting a pass from him once he has the ball. He has always played this way and will most likely never change anymore. His best role on the team is as a bench guy who comes in and could possibly catch fire. If he is cold then dont play him much. Him and martin are the two guys that will break plays and hunt for shots. Between them, I'l let bazz play because he is a fighter and competes. He have good games like he did tonight but also hurt us in other games.

KG- The mentor thing has run its course. He can only play for 14 mins a game instead of the expected 20 and cant play back to back even when he only played 13 the other night. You just can't have a starter only capable of playing that few mins a game. It has hurt our substitutions and rotations. Bjelica suffered from this as he was forced to play long stretches at the start of the season, then got hurt and looks lost since coming back. Better to let kg play his 14mins a game coming off the bench as the backup center.

Bjelica- He has been in a slump since coming back. He is still the best option as the backup pf and should still get minutes.

Miller,prince,payne,rudez- Play them when necessary. I dont mind giving them limited minutes but it should not be a priority.

Tyus - Give him a run for some minutes and see what he can do.

Ideally, we can trade martin for a pg like collison. That will help balance out the rotation.

I think it's jumping to conclusions a bit to say KG can only play 15 min a game. I think it's just as likely a coaches decision that he's not playing closer to 20 like we thought. Like how we see Sam stick with the younger unit late in the 4th when they are playing well. That's those other 5 min right there.

Grey, its not jumping to conclusions to say kg can only go for 14mins a night. That is exactly what is happening! He isn't better than our backup bigs to close the game out for us. He is effective for the minutes he is playing but play him more and he starts becoming a liability.

The problem with starting a guy that can only play 14mins a night is it hurts our rotations. Ideally you play a guy 10mins and give him a rest to keep him fresh. We saw bjelica going for 15mins straight at a time early in the season and got hurt. We are being forced to play the backup long stretches or forced to play more guys than we should. Kg's backups are bjelica, payne and rudez. Not exactly a Tristan Thompson caliber type that you can playbstarter minutes with.

Not to mention his inability to play back to back. Time for kg to come off the bench. Just go with the Wiggins/dieng/towns/rubio/lavine starting 5. They are the guys we should devevlop and are entertaining to watch together.
