So the only thing this organization can do before next season is replace Rosas and Ryan. Neither one is very good at their job. And the result is a losing team.
They wont get replaced for years. Short of either of them publicly blaming Glen for the state of the franchise, no one is getting fired.
Ryan Saunders should be fired tomorrow. I'll give 3 points of things a high school coach would've done that game at the end.
Final defensive position he didn't sub Mcdaniels or Vando in. He put Vando in because of the late timeout on inbounds cause they couldn't get it in.
Went 2 pgs and 2 sgs for 5 mins while giving bucket in the paint repeatedly and 3 ball because everyone had to come down and double. Also if your going to do that have freakin jmac bring up the ball.
Didn't use his time out when Vando got the ball. He's a 40 percent free throw shooter you have TWO time outs.

Your second point is the one that gets me. I get playing two PGs when you are trying to mount a comeback or it's a really tight game and you need to make sure your sets generate good looks. But he went with that lineup when we had like an 8 or 10 point lead. Don't you want a lineup that can help protect that lead? That means defense, rebounding, and playing at a slow pace. That's the opposite of a two PG small-ball lineup.

Correct. It was even worse that, with two PGs on the floor, Ryan had the wrong PG handling the ball and running the offense. Not having Jaden in the game down the stretch was another head-scratcher. Continuing to given substantial playing time to Edwards while Nowell languishes on the bench is mystifying. The list goes on. But that's what happens when make your video guy your head coach.

Yeah, not sure Ryan is cut out for this job, but then again, I'm not sure how many more wins a great coach could squeeze out of this roster. You've got a bunch of one-way players that are basically train wrecks on whatever side of the floor is their weaker one. And then there is our #1 pick who is getting worse by the day.
The fact that we're calling for Jaden McDaniels and Jaylen Nowell to get more time says more about the rest of the roster than it does them.
