Check out the plus/minus stats, alex...we're outscoring our opponents by 12.6 points per 36 minutes when KG is on the court...and that's almost entirely against the other teams' starters! Pretty damn good. Basketball is a team game, and you need to look beyond individual stats. While KG isn't scoring, he continues to play the game the right way...and it shows up on the scoreboard. With KG on the court we're getting the best of both worlds...we're outscoring the other teams' best players, and KAT, Wig and Rubio are getting their best opportunity to develop.

You don't think those plus minus stats are skewed by the fact that he plays pretty much exclusive with the starters? You think his plus minus would be the same if he played with the bench?

Now let's look at exactly who "the starters" are:

- KG himself is a starter and therefore 20% of the "guys on the floor".
- Prince is basically KG Lite. So now there is 40% of your starting lineup.
- Then you have Wiggins, who is shooting 29% this year. OK, that's 60% of the starters now.
- Rubio has been very good so far this year, but he's no Lillard, Paul, or Westbrook. 80%
- And finally we have our 19-year old rookie Center, who is also off to a very promising start. 100%

I'm frankly not sure who is carrying who among this bunch. One thing I do know is that collectively they are playing some solid defense.

And guess who KG plays exclusively against? Other starters.

Do you think KG was the best starter last night? He was plus 4. Rubio was -17, do you think by how they played that they were as far apart as the plus minus stat says?
