Can run and jump as well. Im worried about his frame though. Needs to work on that body. There is definitely a player there.

The one he slapped off the backboard impressed me

I know you coach. I don't care about the level.

You always know what guys have it and what guys don't. Is that incorrect?

It's one game against bench guys or worse but this performance shows some of why I don't want to cut him.

How long will McLaughlin how out for a deal? Just to be clear I don't have a problem with him doing so at this point.

McDaniels weighs 200 pounds! I would certainly hope he's light on his feet!

As far as feel goes, yes it's something you notice right away. But let's give these new guys 50 games to adjust to the league. There is a lot going through their heads right now. If I had to make a futures bet based on what I saw tonight, I would say Edwards ceiling is lower than we hoped, but McDaniels is higher than we thought for him.

It was fun to watch, but we already knew Jaylen Nowell can ball out against G-League talent.

Rookie Bane for Memphis looks like a decent player. He's the type of shooter that the Wolves prolly missed on in this draft.

The thing about Nowell is that he plays totally under control and is not half-bad on defense either. This is someone we need to keep around.
