I'm not sure they know what they're doing in Cleveland.

another reason I believe Wiggins is already on the table. Why haven't they signed him yet?

That's the only thing I can't explain. How pissed would you be at Flip if passes on the guy? I just can't believe he's that dumb. He's actually made few mistakes since he came back.

I guess Randle sat out today because of contract issues. Kinda weird.

We'll just have to agree to disagree on that one. Ricky/Brewer on your wings is a lot different than Curry/Iggy. Lee also doesn't solve any defensive problems. I don't think Thompson solves our defensive problems because we would still be just as bad at the rim.

While I agree Lee doesn't solve defensive issues, Klay does. Why? Because it puts less pressure on our bigs to cover for our perimeter defenders getting beat off the dribble. It also allows Ricky to play defense on the off-guard and playing passing lanes while Klay takes the ball handler. So with that, it hides a lot of defensive weaknesses. Don't agree? Then how does a team starting Steph Curry (not a defender) and David Lee (not a defender) end up #3 in the NBA in defensive efficiency?

AI?

So AI was the reason they were top 3 in defensive efficiency despite having 2 poor defenders on the floor in Curry and Lee? Interesting take, but that's impossible without having other parts that are dominating their matchups.

I am actually on the Q's wagon. I don't think Wiggins is that sure of thing. I won't be upset if they get him, but I think Flip is looking to check two boxes. A starter to replace Love and an up and comer.

monster, good point. We're lucky he isn't a FA in the year of LeBron/Melo where teams are looking to clear cap space for the simple opportunity to court those guys.

Mark Jackson? Lol

Did his foot heal already? I thought he was out for a while with the foot injury that was reported at the draft.

I don't think he had an issue with it. Some teams were saying he would ne a surgery to remove screws, but he is healthy and the Lakers sent him to a specialist who agreed with Randle and his doctors (no surgery needed)

Flips waiting for a Melo decision so Chicago can enter the equation. It's the only explanation of the strange occurrences previously discussed

If Cleveland gets desperate they'll offer
Wiggins
TT
Bennett
Waiters
Miami 1st

Take back
Love
Martin
Barea

Flips going all or nothing and using Chicagos deal as bluff against Cleveland

I think Cleveland is desperate to get Love and the interest in Ray Allen , Mike miller and bird man are evidence

I just hope Melo signs with NY to fuel Flips gamble

I have been thinking about LeBron's essay a little more. Is his omission of Wiggins any indication? I assume LeBron has one of the best PR teams that money can buy. They must have checked and rechecked the whole thing a number of times. Every element of that essay is purposely and precisely written. That seems like a big omission to me.
