I'm more of a "Rules of Engagement Guy". But yes, I will also make room for King of Queens and Seinfeld reruns. I'm going to guess Abe is into the Big Bang Theory.

Monster, let's not let Q know or he may permanently confiscate our man cards, but I'm a musicals guy too. But I highly recommend Sleuth and also another one coming to Guthrie this summer, Come From Away. I'm guessing you have a lot of cultural options available to you living in a big college town.
It's the Wolves that should lose their man cards after last night!

As for Friday, I'm skipping the game and going to watch Heidi instead. I tore up my man card and threw it in the damn trash (which I then proceeded to take out to the curb per my wife's request).
Q seems like the kind of guy who still watches The Flying Nun reruns.

Speaking of which...

Cool definitely enjoys All in the Family reruns.
FNG is a big Everybody Loves Raymond guy.
Wolvesfan can't get enough of Real Housewives of Carver County or whatever latest version is out there.
Lipoli will watch Seinfeld on repeat if given the chance.
That new guy BeenLurkin watches A LOT of MSNOW.
Timmy still can't get over how shapely and fetching Aunt Bee looks in some of her outfits while cooking pies for half of Mayberry.
I nominate this post for the board Hall of Fame.

(Although I’ve never watched everybody loves Raymond…actually more of an All in the Family kind of guy)

You couldn't pay me to watch that, oh hell no. The only reality shows I care to watch are the game show type where contestants fight it out for the money. Not survivor per say, but I suppose ones in the same bin. Obviously there are dozens of these.

My favorite show of all time is probably Breaking Bad but I have watched the Seinfeld series through a few times also. It's a solid watch.

Making me feel young…but I am not new. Been here since the ESPN days. Just never felt like piling on the misery. Used to just check in here for opTimism and trade rumors.
And I cut all the cables and got a vsee box so the only tv I watch is whatever Sherlock series the lady is binging at the moment. Right now it’s the new Young Sherlock and I actually think it’s pretty good. Oh also finally got into Peaky Blinders.
If I’m up to my own devices though I’m a SciFi guy at heart and go with either Trek or Wars.

What ever happened to Abe's notes?

[Note: It is concerning there are no notes.]

[Edit extra note: Abe always struck me as a guy who watches silent films on Saturdays]

Haha - those are some of my favorite shows too. If you liked them, I'm guessing you also enjoyed Curb your Enthusiasm.

Ha. I was just discussing this last night...

Not a fan of the Big Bang Theory (or many of those CBS paint-by-numbers shows)... but the Gal Pal hates that show with a deep deep passion for some reason. A commercial or something came on for it, so I asked her what other shows she hates that much...

The Gary Shandling Show. (When I told her I don't think she was even alive for all of that show, she responded with "Yeah, but his face. That's enough to hate a show you've never watched.")

3rd Rock from the Sun. (Coincidentally, French Stewart's face/eyes was the top reason here.)

2.5 Men. (The theme song didn't help.)

Are we going down these bunny trails because we're all feeling a little anxious about tonight? Maybe, but it's kind of fun.

I wonder if the Gal Pal hated the first Shandling Show, or the Larry Sanders show? Personally I thought they were both comedy gold. But she's correct about him being a weird looking guy...he always looked odd standing next to his red hot girlfriend.
