Vando would get one of my game balls if I was Finch and yet he finished the game with a negative-nine plus-minus. 10 pts, 13 reb, 3 ast, 1 stl in 30 minutes and most of them were with him defending Giannis. Giannis still got his, but boy he had to work for them. At one point, he was visibly exhausted and leaning against the broadcast table. Great game for Vando. Hopefully this is his role moving forward.

As for Okogie, I hope he's used as a spark on off nights or situational perimeter defender moving forward. This team did not miss him tonight. On the contrary, I think they benefited from him being on the bench.

Absolutely Lip. Every win is a good win for this franchise at this stage.

Whoa!

Anger after a win!

Great game. They looked like an actual team which is the best thing you can say about a team

Couldn't help yourself even when DLO has a good game. 12/25 not good...

He had a good game, just not an efficient one. 29 points on 25 shots is not good efficiency. But hey, don't let facts get in your way.

He shot 48%. You can stop talking now. Don't embarrass yourself

I said he played good dumbass. Just not efficiently. Both things are true - Sorry you can't deal with it.

No need to be a dick and call people names. We all know what you said dude.

Show up with your comments when he has one of his normal games.

I did actually. Feel free to check last game thread.

Sounds like a good use of my time.

I like that the Wolves got punched in the mouth twice. Once in the 2nd Q and once at the end of the game and they found a way to respond. Is this the first time the Wolves beat Giannis since Giannis became Giannis?

I said it after last game, I was not going to panic after one bad loss it happens. Also rebounding was so much better when the Wolves are not going against Valuncunis, Really fun win. I don't know about you guys but I like winning. Hope the Wolves can find a win against the Nuggets with Jokic not playing or won't be a 100%

I agree that we likely saw what should be our starting lineup going forward. Vando was huge in this game.

As for Okogie, not sure what's up there. Prince has been useless as far as I'm concerned, although I suppose his reputation as a shooter precedes him so even if he's not hitting shots for us, he's spacing the floor. Just so frustrating seeing him and Beasley - two alleged great shooters - continue to struggle. Hell, we're celebrating Beasley's shot tonight and he was still not that great.

Hey, Minnesota won the rebounding battle tonight 49-43. Look at that. They did lose the turnover battle 17-8, though. Towns had seven of those, which is out of character for him. Several of those were one-handed swing passes that I'm sure he'd like to have back. Anyways, tough to find too much to be upset about in this one. Great game from start to finish. The reigning champs came storming back, but the Wolves slammed the door shut late.

They'll face the Nuggets on Saturday back in Minnesota! Let's go!
