It's kilometers, buddy! And yeah, you can drive REALLY fast. But there's also a ton of traffic. Sometimes you'll be doing 170 kmph (in relatively heavy traffic), and then other times it will slow down and you'll hit a jam in the middle of the highway. It's crazy.
