Has anyone looked at the Mock drafts that included player comparisons?
The player comparisons across the board from 1-32 were kind of depressing.

Two that I found most interesting for our new guys
Dillingham was likened to Darius Garland and CJ McCollum
Terrance Shannon to Kelly Oubre and Mathurin.

Those are ceiling comps for Dillingham. But I also read Bones Hyland, Lou Williams and Brandon Jennings.

Ceilings yes, like I said the comps overall were really sad. This is a very very poor draft.
The number 1 pick had a player comp of Harrison Barnes for god sakes. Haha.

Bones is the only one of those that didn't have a good career, assuming he doesn't turn things around. That's good company.

Both Dillingham and Shannon are Klutch guys. No wonder we were looking at Bronny.

On Dilly, I think it is more likely that Monte Morris is our starting PG in the future. Dilly sure seems like a Lou Williams type...

Yikes! I'd be disappointed if his career impact was similar to any of those three. We gave up two future picks, so we need to aim higher if we want to be the best. My highest hopes would be Kyrie, VanVleet and then Garland in that order, but I'm not sure if any of those hopes are realistic.

If those guys are his floor it was a superb gamble. Superb.

Andy Katz just said we won the draft and also picked our two picks as the top 2 steals of the draft. Pretty exciting stuff
