One down doesn't even feel like they played there best game

I can't believe it, we reached my best case scenario for the season. I wanted to make the playoffs and just win one game, that wasn't after being down 3-0!!!

Job's not done, but love to get the first game, especially on the road. Minnesota nearly controlled this one from start to finish. All-around great effort. Huge bounce back for Karl-Anthony Towns and what a monster game from Anthony Edwards.

Hopefully, the officials allow a little more contact on Ja Morant throughout this series. The home-cooking was ridiculous in this one. I'm glad it didn't matter, but sheesh.

This team is so much fun to watch! Not since the KG/Spre/Cassell season have I enjoyed Wolves BB this much. The last trip to the playoffs with Butler and the Ogre bellowing on the sidelines wasn't really fun at all.

Talent-wise, we stack up with these guys. They're a great team, but we have the players to be a great team too. Verno from the Mismatch podcast (a Memphis guy) said he was afraid of us. Shaq and Chuck picked us to win the series. We might feel like we're playing with house money because we're the 7th seed (or maybe we're just telling ourselves that to soften the eventual disappointment), but this has all the makings of a close series. Just need to play well and we can definitely take this. Let's do it!
