So the water was shut off for everyone but Luka and a pinch of LeBron. The Lakers supporting cast needs them to set them up for easy buckets and we have too much good defense for Reaves to get free if the Wolves focus on him. The Wolves should be favored.

Jaden and Naz were the catalyst for sure. Idk how McDaniel’s can repeat what he did tonight but I loved seeing it. Predictably his game offensive game has regressed again after Randle came back. He needs to make those wide open three’s throughout the series. We can’t have Luka just standing in a corner all series long as he gets a rest because he knows he doesn’t have to worry about guarding him like he did in last year’s WCF.

A note on ANT, I don’t believe he took a single 3 until I think the 2nd quarter of the game. Which is sort of insane when you think about how much he’s shot it this season. He made a concerted effort to go to the basket not just to start the game but throughout it. I loved it, he kinda struggled finishing at the rim but I hope that doesn’t disuade him from continuing to do it. It opened up a lot of space for guys to get wide open 3’s, really good kick out passing from him and it should lead to more FT attempts as well throughout the series.

Shoutout time Conley who wasn’t completely useless today on both side’s of the ball. Great first win, go get another 3!
