The more I think about it, missing Conley last night had a big impact on the game. Think about how good our offense was on the first few possessions of the 1st and 3rd quarter. I suspect that those were scripted offensive sets, and the team ran them very well. That's coaching. BUT, we were both missing our coach on the court and Finchie roaming the sidelines barking out instructions. Look. Rudy/KAT/Ant/Jaden/NAW are a talented five, but would you call any of them smart players? We can argue about whether KAT's offensive foul was a charge or a block (I don't think it would have been overturned if challenged), but charging into a wall of defenders three consecutive times is the definition of stupidity. And beyond the charges, I though our defense looked disorganized most of the night. Monte helped a little, but I think our offense would have looked much better had Conley been available.

Let's hope he's back tomorrow.
