Not Twins related but Baseball related. This is a weird story even weirder than the Michael Beasley estate sale when he left the Twin Cities.

Buxton...what a game-changer. I don't know much about baseball stats, but that guy has to be one of the most impactful all-around players in the game when healthy, no? I mean, have the Twins lost since he came back from his latest injury?

Twins have now won 11 of the last 12 games Buxton has played in. I think they have lost nearly every game has hasn't played in during that stretch, which is like 4 or 5 games.

Buxton now has 8 HRs this year in 93 ABs. To put it in perspective thats a pace of 40 HRs in less than 500 ABs. The Twins have been able to weather various injuries etc (Rooker is now done with a broken arm) but if they can keep Buxton healthy its a pretty big deal.
Edit: Buxton with an inside the park HR tonight and it felt like part of the time he wasn't even running hard. Twins have dropped 2 in a row to the White Sox.
