Gobert's effort in his time was piss poor. He wasn't stepping up or playing with his feet.
It's ok to call him out.
I'm not so sure I'd call that a punch as much as a "challenge push" which is probably just what these guys need.
My God ANT was a beast today. He wasn't efficient, but that was the very definition of putting a team on your back.
They need a team meeting on Tuesday. I'd let it fester if I was Connely/Finch.
Without McDaniels we're going to need max effort out of Gobert and I hope he watches film in the next 24 hours and owns his slow footed effort and commits to dominating.
Thanks NAW for the energy!!!

Think Rudy back was really bothering him today. Remember he was a late add to the injury report this morning. But if you are moving that slow he shouldn't have played in the first place. Also scuffles like this happen in the NBA all the time, there was a Plumlee and Bones one today, a Jimmy Butler and Haslem one a week ago.
But Rudy you can't just punch a teammate, have to be better than that. Hope he plays on Tuesday but I think his back and this punch will be a combo of why he is out Tuesday
Re: Rock Bottom
I rewatched the debate between Rudy Gobert and Kyle Anderson.
No one talks about the woman with black gloves holding Rudy Gobert's right hand before he hit Kyle Anderson.
Why is she wearing black gloves?
Why did she have to hold Rudy's right hand in the first place?
Why did she release her grip?
(Is she an employee of the NBA, and her job is to help LeBron win another championship?)
Who is this woman and what was her role?
In my opinion, this indicates that the argument between the players was not in the heat of the moment, but about the existence of a long conflict between Gobert/Tim Connelly and the other players.
To me, that explains Gobert's suspension for two such crucial games.
I also hope this indicates a devaluation of Tim Connelly's status in the team. Since the failed trade for Gobert, he's just trying to minimize damage.

There's a clip online that shows Gobert holding it on the court and wiping it. Seems like he was scratched or bleeding a bit or something.
Re: Rock Bottom
Are you suggesting that Kyle Anderson scratched Rudy on his right hand before the debate?

Forget about her. I want to get a better look at that chick off to the side sitting courtside in the very short mini-dress (next to Khaki pants).Eitan wrote: ↑Tue Apr 11, 2023 11:18 am I rewatched the debate between Rudy Gobert and Kyle Anderson.
