Nope. school teachers get a grammar pass!
Good. Then remember to capitalize the first word of every sentence.

So is this going to be the GDT? I thought something like "The Conley Era Begins - Wolves at Grizzlies GDT". You can still change it, sab...
Conley and NAW were unavailable to the media after shootaround because not everyone involved in the trade had completed their physicals (either the Lakers because they are on West coast time, or Westbrick being a douche). Some were wondering the they would even play tonight! But that hurdle has been cleared and they are available.
Gobert and SloMo are listed as "Questionable". I gotta feeling they will play, though. SloMo because it's in Memphis, and Gobert because his buddy will be on the floor.
Does Conley get the start? Or do we see Nowell get the start again? With everyone back, I am not sure we see NAW on the floor, let alone Minott. Unless we are talking garbage time, but that last I predicted garbage time it worked in reverse!

Previous whipping boys include: Dlo, wiggins, Love, Darko and more!
Anthony Peeler, Terrell Brandon, Troy Hudson, Luke Ridnour and JJ Barea really paved the way for some of these other guys.

I was just watching a recent game the Jazz had against the Mavs. I am happy to report the Conley did not require the use of a walker or cane!
He makes the simple play, has great awareness and focus on defense, can still hit a shot, has a floater, and can still throw lob passes. His plus/minus game with the starters will be a nice compliment to McLaughlin's plus/minus game with the bench. We'll just have to see how long an acclimation period will be needed.

This is really going to put the whole "game manager PG > scoring PG" hypothesis to the test. Both our PGs prefer to defer. Oh cool, that rhymes!

I would start Conley. Best to get some team tape to work with before the all-star break. There is the familiarity with Conley and Gobert already, more familiarity than between any other players on our team. So let's see the trial by fire action, and how the rest of the team fits around their PnR game.
I cannot wait for KAT to get back. I can see some lethal offensive play with KAT, Ant, and Jaden catch and shooting 3s/cutting/driving off of the Conley/Gobert PNR game.

It's a lot easier to be "pass-first" when you legitimately struggle to score the basketball. Just throwing that out there. Ricky Rubio can attest to that as well.
I hope defenses don't load up on Anthony Edwards more than they already have while Karl-Anthony Towns is out. That relief valve is gone.
