Agree. He needs to find a 3rd shot that works. If he could develop a floater or something else in his arsenal, it would open a lot up. He can always beat his first man but if he doesnt have a clear path to the lane there is nothing.

The problem is half this board shoots a better floater than Edwards.

Good shooters often have good floater/runner game. Bad shooters... well, yeah.

PS: I wonder who on this board can actually hoop. jester seems like a valuable three-and-D type. Baseball guys can adjust to any sport so that's my reasoning.

You know, as a fan of a Wolves franchise that has annually been devoid of perimeter shooting for as long as I can remember, I never thought I'd see the day where other Wolves fans would actually discuss the team being better without proven shooters. That just didn't make sense to me. Hopefully we can get Malik Beasley and D'Angelo Russell back soon with a somewhat healthy Karl-Anthony Towns and see what this trio can do with competent coaching.

I couldnt agree more. If we were all of the sudden a top 5 D I could see the counter, but in lieu of that wouldnt it be nice to at least see a competent offense and roster at full strength?

I could watch Jake layman play 500 games of basketball and I couldn't tell you if he's average role player or not.
