Just out of curiosity in the short term are you guys ok if Edwards takes non contested long/midrange 2's? I think he took 2 of those the first game making 1 off a good screen to get him free. I mean if he isn't making any then obviously no but I might be able to live with a few of those early on especially depending on the situation.

Honestly, I'd rather see him force the issue and get to the rim in those situations. Take one more dribble, gather and get all the way home. He's got an awesome combination of size, strength, athleticism, and touch at the hoop that he will more often than not either get fouled or make the layup. Defenses will WANT him to take those mid-range jumpers. They're leaving those open for the reasons I explained above.

Welp, no change to the starting lineup apparently.

I guess my biggest disappointment with that line up last time was the lack of ball movement and Okogie's be a scoring threat.

That's unfortunate. I expect to see very similar substitution patterns as well.

Yeah the ball movement has been terrible. Contrast our offense with the Grizzlies and it looks like we are playing a different sport

Good cut to the hoop from Edwards and pass from Hernangomez there for the easy lay. Have to get him going in the paint. Drew up a SLOB play for him and it paid off. Like to see it. Hopefully it gets Edwards going.
