I don't know if Russell has much value, given his contract, a team like the Wizards might be able to use him and shed some bad contracts for a pick like Bertans and KCP which works in the trade machine.

After 3 games of watching this team I was on the verge of doing something I haven't done in years. Buy the team NBA league pass instead of watching illegal streams and the rare ocassion they play on ESPN here in NZ. I had put my credit card details in and the funds had all but come out. But on day 6 of the 7 day free trial I decided to pull out and cancel my subscription. I sensed something wasn't right. I was being lulled into false hope. And looking back I definately made the right choice, because quite frankly this team and franchise isn't worth $200 (NZD) of my hard earned money. They don't even deserve my time watching the half hearted, soft ass basketball they play. Same shit, different year.

I'd do Mitchell and Holmes and a decent pick for Kat for just be done with it. Then work on trading Dlo.

Finch is actually a shitty coach and is pandering to Ant right now because he knows his relationship to Ant is his only way to keep his job.

I don't know if Fitch is a shitty coach.

But I do know that having Ant in his corner is a great way to extend his tenure as coach. In fact, finding a scapegoat, be it Rosas, Towns or Russell, is probably the best way for Fitch and Gupta to extend their stays and for Edwards to become THE guy.

That's just one of the ways basketball is played off the court.

I dont know either. I just thought that would be the appropriate hot take for this team so far this year.

I also wrote this in the game thread but Jordyn Woods is killing KAT's career. They need to split ASAP. LA reality TV personalities and Instagram influencers kill NBA players.
