Guys don't just wake up one morning and see Scottie Pippen in the mirror. Clearly, Jaden McDaniels just needs a little more seasoning. He'll get there, though. There's an orange jacket with his name on it.

I think what's disappointing is that we constantly make picks that may show some level of promise or improvement as rookies and then......nothing. Like, literally zero improvement or sometimes even regression. This happens all the time with this franchise and he's yet another cautionary tale that you can't just assume because someone is young, they will automatically improve. Having said that, hopefully McDaniels kicks it into gear soon.

On the one hand the fact that his happens so often with this franchise makes me think there is a connection. And yet we've had enough different coaching staffs that it makes me think it's a player issue. I guess the little girl "Why not both" meme applies here! LOL

And for that Jaden is thankful, Pippen is one ugly motherfucker!

He can guard both wing positions. He doesn't have the size or strength to consistently battle fours or fives. His lateral quicks aren't enough to stay with most point guards.

Right on. Just an idea, why don't Kat (4) and Jaden (3) play their best positions, and we get a real center (Robin Lopez, or similar).
Tell Kat the game he had in Milwaukee is the way he needs to conduct himself.

Just day dreaming.....
