But still, the players should be doing more if they really cared about winning. Even in tank jobs, you should have glimpses of hope. I don't see where any bright spots are

What specifically do you think he is doing poorly which is under his control? I think the small lineups is for sure a thing Rosas wants.

Rotations are poor.
Game management has been poor.
Cant motivate players.
No identity on offense and defense.

Other than being a nice guy, i dont think hes done anything positive this year.
