Beasley is at best a sixth man in this league. Vanderbilt as much as I love his energy is not a 5. Playing him and Juancho together just shows the massive holes and lack of depth we have in our front court.

This is brutal to watch.

As we all know the style of play Rosa and Saunders are trying to incorporate simply does not suit our roster. It is evident in the fact we are on track to lose 6 games in a row. Yes KAT is a irreplacible loss, but we aren't even competitive.

The energy is there, the coaching and execution isn't.

I don't think there is a play style that would suit this roster.

After three consecutive easy drives for buckets by Nurkic, Marney Gellner said Ryan was telling her that the Wolves need to make opponents "feel them" more when being defended or, in other words, play more physically.

Nurkic is dominating the Wolves tonight - essentially scoring almost at will. We saw the same thing from Jokic the other night. In spite of his length, athleticism and great motor, Vanderbilt looks like a middle school kid physically next to those two guys. Same goes for Juancho and even Naz Reid. I like the idea of defending more physically. But a mouse won't stop an elephant no matter how physical or aggressive the mouse is. There are a lot of elephants - talented ones - in the NBA. The Wolves will struggle until they have at least one player on the roster, other than KAT, who is big enough to effectively challenge the League's many elephants defensively and on the boards.

Yeah, it's a really weird roster that is guard/wing heavy with the idea of pace and space. But DLO doesn't play with pace and Culver, Edwards, Rubio, Okogie, and Layman can't space - none of those guys are good shooters. Beasley might be the only guy that actually plays fast and can shoot, but it's ugly when they aren't going down for him. And let's not even get started on how overmatched they are on the other end. Saunders has to throw out all these junk defenses because they just get demolished playing man to man.

We have been hoodwinked and bamboozled.

Rosas believed he was the smartest Kahn um i mean guy in the room nabbing a bunch of reserves and overpaying them. These were the guys that he wanted for his so called system. Honestly with the system and bad moves I think Kahn is an upgrade from Rosas. Even worse we will continue to hear give him time so we can watch this trainwreck even longer.

So Ryan just called a time out 18 seconds into the 2nd half? Did that just happen? I saw it, but I'm not sure I believe it.

And then we get a 5-second call. Wow. We have a questionable roster courtesy of Gersson Rosas. But I can't point to our coaching as a bright spot.
