It's crazy that over the years so many players have been rejected by this board becuz they're not "5 tool" players so to speak. And now people are warming up to the Gays and Korvers of the world.

Who didn't want Korver all these years?

I'm on record claiming that in the modern NBA, if you're not really good at several things... you can still be extremely valuable if you're elite at one thing.

Kyle Korver has been an elite shooter.

I missed this somehow. So what term do you describe Korver's 3 point shooting? The guy's career 3 point percentage is over 43 percent. He had a year he shot over 53% from 3 which is a league record and he led the league in 3 point percentage 4 times. I'm cool with not saying he is "elite" but he seems pretty good at that one thing and is more playable at other stuff than the guy right below him on career 3 point percentage list the magical Steve Novak. :) I'm not a huge Korver fan or anything despite Creighton being up the road but I'd say he is plenty good enough to be a 3 point specialist.

Somebody is going to make an offer to Bazz. If a second team does, be it MIN or someone else, you now have a bidding war, unless one drops out, at which point you simply have a player signing with a team. Sorry about your unfortunate Ricky/Dragic comment, but following me all over cyperspace and nitpicking my posts won't fix it.
