Here's how to play Hetero:

His decision to opt out was borderline-AK foolish. Call his agent, give him a FIRM LOW number and a deadline. If he gets a stupid offer and you lose him, such is life. But if he's healthy and you get him, you get 12 minutes of GOOD S/F play. Then you can avoid a bidding war with Bazz and AW can play more SG.

Who didn't want Korver all these years?

I'm on record claiming that in the modern NBA, if you're not really good at several things... you can still be extremely valuable if you're elite at one thing.

Kyle Korver has been an elite shooter.

I missed this somehow. So what term do you describe Korver's 3 point shooting? The guy's career 3 point percentage is over 43 percent. He had a year he shot over 53% from 3 which is a league record and he led the league in 3 point percentage 4 times. I'm cool with not saying he is "elite" but he seems pretty good at that one thing and is more playable at other stuff than the guy right below him on career 3 point percentage list the magical Steve Novak. :) I'm not a huge Korver fan or anything despite Creighton being up the road but I'd say he is plenty good enough to be a 3 point specialist.

Rudy Gay (@RudyGay8) out at @RocNation Pro Day taking jumpers and dunking. Tons of NBA teams here. Looking good coming off Achilles injury.

He's definitely intriguing as a vet scorer off the bench a la Joe Johnson this season for Utah.

I don't know if you're agreeing with me or disagreeing with me...

Yes...um so like I totally read your post wrong. We agree! It was fun to look at how good he has shot the 3 over the years so...sorry but kinda not sorry.

Please no on Rudy Gay. And I wanted us to draft him. This would be the worst idea ever. Well with this team it would be the 15th worst idea ever.

Somebody is going to make an offer to Bazz. If a second team does, be it MIN or someone else, you now have a bidding war, unless one drops out, at which point you simply have a player signing with a team. Sorry about your unfortunate Ricky/Dragic comment, but following me all over cyperspace and nitpicking my posts won't fix it.

Get over yourself. And yes, the thought of a bidding war for Bazz is just plain ridiculous.
