Fierce competitive force who attacks, explodes to the basket and does it all, filling the stat sheet with scoring, assists and rebounding. The Greek Freak also blocks shots. Not saying he's as good now as Westbrook. Of course he isn't. But he has that potential.
I posted his numbers yesterday. They are crazy good.
He's posting Prime Scottie Pippen numbers already.
Something like...
22 ppg / 9 reb / 6 ast / 53% fg / 2 stl / 2 blk
Watch out, Top 5... Anteroaidafoiadsfasworkupo is coming.
Has there ever been player that have been in top20 in every major statistical category? Currently Antetokounmpo ranks top20 in ppg, reb, ast, fg%, stl and blk.
Shawn Marion in his halcyon days with Phoenix might be close, but yeah, Giannis is turning out to be a brilliant pick by Milwaukee (and fantasy b-ball stud!).

Grant Hill is somewhere in that mix. I think Giannis' best comparison is a longer, more offensively-gifted version of Andrei Kirilenko, and that's a damn good player.
Think about this for a second. We could have drafted Giannis and Gobert in 2013 instead of Shabazz and Dieng. Total hindsight I realize, but damn, imagine the defense and disruption those two would create!

Well, assuming we still lost enough games in 2014-15, we'd be a completely different team right now. I can say that confidently.
Gobert and Giannis were pretty raw as rookies, so I still think we would have ended up trading Love for Wiggins and then drafting LaVine. However, I don't think we would have had the same disastrous 2014-15 since our defense would have been much better. KAT would not be with us, but may be Porzingis at #4?
LaVine/Wiggins/Giannis/Porzingis/Gobert
Giannis is the PG on offense. Now THAT is a long lineup.
