They play Denver twice. Bet money they lose both.

This might be the best non-KG Wolves team ever, but they're also one of the most disliked teams ever too. If we didn't root for them we'd say they don't deserve to even be in the hunt.

Teague and Taj have both complained in the last week about the minutes they are receiving and that they are tired and Thibs needs to play the bench more. Well they both played 43 tonight.

What a pathetic performance by everyone outside of Teague (in the first half) and Taj

gulp.

Why can't we have even mediocre things? Memphis hadn't won in 2018 on the road. 1 - 24. They're TRYING TO LOSE.

Even if the Wolves make the playoffs... does it matter? A terrible loss. Nothing redeeming about it. It was embarrassing. And as you know, I always watch it on DVR to save time.

I nearly came on here to say it was obvious from the first two minutes of the game that the Wolves were mailing it in... but I didn't want to see any spoilers. Sure enough... they let them hang around and...

This isn't a shot at Wiggins or Teague, and I haven't watched the game yet, but...

Fire up the trade talk. Teague and Wiggins to Charlotte for Walker and Kidd-Gilchrist. The money doesn't exactly work I don't think, but it's a minor problem in the scheme of things.

The biggest problem, as I see it, with this team foundation-wise is that we have no creative ball-handlers. Teague is a fine point guard. He's just limited in his ability to make shit happen with the ball. Wiggins will always have a poor handle as far as I'm concerned, and while he can still score well without it with certain improvements, he'll never be that off the dribble creator. And even Butler is pretty straightforward with what he's going to do with the ball. Adding Walker, or Irving this past summer, would have completely changed this team's construction for the better.

It's the most glaring difference between us and the other prominent teams in basketball right now, in my opinion. So, if Walker's back on the market this summer, I think we need to pursue him with more aggressiveness than when we went after Irving despite the latter being the better player.

Maybe Camden... but none of that matters if a team fighting for a playoff spot... at home... vs. a team trying to lose... comes out with that level of energy.

At the very least, Teague brought energy early when nobody else did. It's an embarrassing loss even if Teague and Wiggins never suited up tonight.

I don't disagree. It's sad, but I'm already looking at the future. In the Wolves most successful season since Kevin Garnett won the MVP... I'm already feeling like this year is over and rather disappointing. Butler's injury is a large cause for that. The rest is due to the constant letdowns from these guys.
