I don't doubt the stats won't be pretty. The problem is that the Wolves have a dearth of other options for a last-second three pointer. They could draw one up for Rubio, Wiggins, LaVine, Muhammad, Bjelica or Towns to catch the defense off guard and get a better look... And I suspect they'll be doing so sooner rather than later... but none of them have proven to be consistent hitting that shot in the course of a game. So, there's a lot uncertainty putting the ball in their hands for a desperate three pointer.
It's a problem that will continue to plague this team this season... but they definitely need to begin looking at other options because throwing the ball out to Martin 25 feet away when everybody in the gym knows he's getting it isn't going to work. And Martin is gone anyway (I'm confident he gets dealt), so the Wolves have to start nurturing another end-game closer.
I just don't know who fits the description...
It's definitely something that needs to be developed.
There needs to be more accountability for the refs. We've pretty much been through our game but check out DJ Augustine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FuREbqM14lM
Perhaps they should just let the announcers double as refs, they seem to be right on top of a lot of these calls.

LaVine has had some good moments in his short career when it comes down to scoring in waning seconds of the game. Remember the game in Utah? The guy is stupidly confident in himself backed up by some skills ( ball handling, shooting stroke and athletic ability to get his shot off).
He found out how to attach pics and I couldn't be happier.
Yeah, Abe is definitely the Damien Lillard of the board today. And I need the entertainment because I'm in the middle of a 7-hour equipment delay at O'Hare...oy veh!

On a side note. O'Hare is the worst. Hope you make it out alive LST.
Lavine and Wiggins have 44" verts and normal release points. Martin doesn't jump high and his shot is easily blockable in end of game situations when you know he's throwing it up. Take the cleaner look and see if these young guys can make the shot. Also there was enough time on the clock where Martin shouldn't be chucking at first touch. His defender was all over him. He just shouldn't have taken that shot when he did, but that's what he does at the end of games. He takes bad shots far away from the basket because for some reason the team thinks that is our best or most reliable offensive weapon at the end of games.

Martin wouldn't be a career 20 point scorer if his shot was easily blockable
