Flip the GM has been a mixed bag of results. For every good move he makes, he also makes a bad one. He'll be able to add one to the positive bunch with the 2015 NBA Draft pick, but what else will he do?

Waiving Adrien and selling second round picks should be in the no impact column. Adrien would not have helped us win anymore games this year than we already won so him getting cut meant nothing. 2nd round picks are also just shots in the dark so the fact that he didn't see those picks as having value to the team are net zero moves. GR3 didn't even play this year when we were riddled with injuries so I find it hard to believe that Flip was going to be playing those picks he sold anyway. Those moves had zero impact on how this team could have performed versus how we actually did perform in my opinion. I don't see any added wins in keeping Adrien and two second round picks when Flip didn't believe there was a guy he wanted on his team at those spots so he sold them. That's why I can't count them as bad.

I also think the Thad for KG deal was a wash. Thad wasn't going to do anything for this team down the stretch given the guys he would have been playing with so his impact wouldn't have mattered anymore than the 5 games KG played. We dumped an empty stats guy on a losing team for a guy who will be here a year and possibly two longer than Thad at a cheaper cost. That's not a bad move in my opinion.

I would argue that those good moves will have more of an impact on this team than any of those bad moves .. I look at that bad move list and think meh, all those names will be forgotten in 5 years
