Been one of those games where we have seen both the good and bad with our core. On to the next one

Wolves have the ball down by 9 with 39.7 seconds left. If DLO had hit both free throws with 2:30 left and Naz had hit his other free throw shortly after that, the Wolves would be down by 6 and might have an outside shot at this.

Wolves have been a really bad FT shooting team lately

So, is Ant the Wolves best player already? From what I've seen he sure seems to impact the game positively in more ways, and more often than anybody else. He's been pretty damn consistent lately!

We need depth in the worst way. Rosas needs to get serious about cutting the redundancy on this team. We have 4 players that each have a quarter of the characteristics of a power forward. We have 3 pgs and two wings that cant score to save their life. If we're serious about making the playoffs there are at least 4 players that should be cut for guys that can actually play a position.

Well, an 11-point loss. Denver's a very good team, but they were also playing without one of their top players, Michael Porter Jr. As you noted, kek, we saw the good and the bad of this team's core tonight.

DLO really let the team down with some really poor decision making and poor shooting in the last few minutes of the game. On the other hand, DLO played some of the best defense I've seen from him. No lack of effort on his part.

KAT had another 20/10 night, but this game was a set-back for him defensively at the end of a season in which he's significantly improved his defense. And he really hurt the team with his 5 turnovers.

H-Gomez was his usual self tonight and Finch rightly lost patience with him pretty quickly.

Ricky did not play well. If Doper would point to tonight's game as another example of why Ricky's not worth $17M per year

I thought JMac and Vando were terrific tonight.

Edwards was once again the stand-out performer for the Wolves. He's a big time shot-maker as he put the team on his back in the 3rd quarter and finished with 29 points. In typical fashion, he also did other things, including 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 blocks. Make no mistake about it, Ant is our franchise player.

No question about it, Doper. I'll add that we were really outmanned inside by the Nuggets with their size advantage.

I love the comment Finch just made in his post-game press conference when a reporter talked about how well the Wolves have been competing and how hard they appear to be playing. Said Finch: "We shouldn't be giving out gold stars just because our guys played hard."

I didn't see the game yet, but what is up with Jaden only getting 17 minutes? To me that's the most disappointing thing about the box score. He misses a couple games for personal reasons and then loses his playing time? They better not mess him up. He needs to start and they need to get him involved in the offense. He and Ant are the only two reasons to watch the games right now.

Towns is not on Jokic level. Skill wise or maturity wise.
