Like it. These are the types of low key signing that we should get used to Thibs and Layden doing going forward. I have confidence in that.

Technically this would be his 6th team in 7 years. He appears to have improved significantly in that time.

His time with OKC the Kings and Houston I would guess those teams were pretty stacked with Bigs so the fact that he didn't exactly break through might not reflect all that poorly on him. He performed reasonable well for the Knicks then was a legit rotation player for a WC top playoff team last year. He seems like at least a legit rotation big at this point. It's nice to have a rebound block steal rebound dirty work guy that also shoots FTs pretty well.

I echo that sentiment Hockey! He played after my time in high school, but he's about as hometown as you can get for me.

I think we're past the point of singular "needle moving" moves, but I also don't quite get this sentiment. Two or three smaller, smart moves can move the needle. A lack of quality depth has doomed many a team, including our 2013-14 squad.

Does he have injury problems? Trying to figure out why his numbers were 13/10 ish, decent steals/blocks averages, 70 percent FT's. Only 7 million compared to what looks like he should have been payed double that.
