Payne can't play, rudez is a 15th man, belly sucks, kg is injured and can't play more than 10mins when healthy, pek is in pain.

Maybe golden state will trade for martin in exchange of Jason Thompson and martin will agree to opt out for a chance at a title? Jason Thompson has not played much but he should be an upgrade over payne, rudez and belly.

I don't see us moving any of the young pieces so a minor move for a playeable big is probably the most realistic for us.

Problem with that is that Ezeli is out for a few weeks, so Thompson might get run?

I didn't even know he was there.

They didn't play him when bogut was hurt. Thompson just isn't a player that fits well with the warriors style. He might fit better here with Sam's throwback system.

We could use his shooting over Bazz's pure scoring ability. I'd be interested to see how he could do next to Ricky and Wiggins with the green light to jack up shots.

That's an easy yes from MIN and an easy no for SAC. McLemore's growth on both sides of the ball has been big for them. Saw a stat that said last year, he was arguably the best 3/D player in the league, even better than Korver.

I gotta see that stat...

Ya, he's dropped below a 10 PER this year as well so he's definitely not showing improvement over last year overall. That's why I think he might be attainable.

The thing is though why would they want shabazz. I could see them wanting kmart more. (I know better for us). In the end I don't know if there is a trade that is good fit both sides

They're looking to offload Gay apparently so Bazz would slide in as their backup to Casspi if they do manage to trade Gay. Honestly I'd take on Gay if it netted us McLemore as well, but we don't have the salary match. Gay is signed for next year with a PO after that so he'd only be here two years and we'd get a long-term piece with him. He's give us a big upgrade to Prince.

You sayin they don't want Pek??

First, tactical, there is no way in God's green earth we would get Morris and Teague for those guys. Moving Pek's contract in particular is probably impossible unless we really sweeten the deal. We traded a first rounder away just to get out from Wes Johnson's rookie contract.

But besides that, I do not want Morris on this team. At all.

That dude is a hot-headed cancer. A friend of mine in Phoenix says a lot of signs point to the twins, Markieff in particular, as a central reason for a lot of that team's chemistry issues in recent years.

It's not just the Goodwin shove (looked like a choke attempt to me). He threw a towel at his coach in a game, got benched for a ton of other off-camera incidents, he publicly slammed and disrespected his organization last summer, and he is still facing a felony aggravated assault charge for organizing a 5 person beatdown of a family friend. No thanks.

Don't forget Morris ripped the fans after a 25+ point loss after the team only scored 24 points in the 1st half.

They weren't cheering loud enough for him. Seriously.

Unless we are trading out Payne or Martin. I don't see use doing anything. I am thinking we add missing parts via draft and FA next summer.

Man, would love to see the Wolves pursue Jae Crowder. Going to take a solid deal to get him....but I don't think he is untouchable. In first year of 5 year deal at $7MM per. Start of deal would need to be Dieng + ????? Thoughts?

Not worth it, in my opinion. Seems like a guy that we should be able to find without giving up assets for.
