What would you do?
Re: What would you do?
As several others already, I would also probably start Shabazz to try to get better balance between offense and defense. I would give more minutes to Bjelica and play him together with Wigggins more. Early when Wiggins was playing well, also Bjelica was big part of rotation and I think his ability as a floor spacer would help tremendously Wiggins in his drives to basket.
My rotation and minutes division would be probably as below when all are playing:
PG: Rubio (32), Lavine (16)
SG: Wiggins (28), Martin (14), Lavine (6)
SF: Muhammad (26), Wiggins (6), Prince (16)
PF: Garnett (15), Bjelica (20), Dieng (12)
C: Towns (30), Pek (16), Dieng (2)
When KG sits, Dieng would get most of his minutes. If Pek sits, Dieng would get most of his minutes and Towns would probably play little more as well. Payne would play only in case both Pek and KG would not be playing.
I would still probably want Ricky to have ball early in shot clock. I would try to get some easy points for Shabazz or Wiggins with them cutting to basket after Ricky had played pick and pop with KAT. If that wouldn't get any good scoring opportunity, Ricky and Shabazz would be used as floor spacers behind three point line with Wiggins and KAT playing pick and roll/pop. I would want both Ricky and Shabazz shoot every damn open three pointer that they would get when defenses would be collapsing to Wiggins.
When KG would be replaced with Bjelica, he would be third three point shooter option to open lane for Andrew.
When second unit would be playing, I would use Martin strictly as floor spacer with occasional off ball screen plays drawn to him. I would not want to see single Martin isolation plays because they are killing any flow that 2nd unit might have in offense.
If Glen would hand me for some reason also Milt's job, I would try to do everything to get Tony Snell from Chicago. He has lost recently his starting job to Gibson as Hojberg moved Mirotic to play SF.
If it would require that we would need to take injured Dunleavy as well, it would be OK for me. I would probably offer Tay who has shown that he can still play defense and Martin for Snell and Dunleavy. Snell would seem to be perfect low usage 3&D wing that could be paired with either Shabazz, Lavine or Wiggins. I would be ready to even throw second rounder to them as well, if that would be needed.

Still no takers for Kevin Martin? How long will this go on for, any bets?

We have no reason to deal him right now if there aren't any decent offers on the table. Wait until the deadline and see if a team gets hit with an injury to drive up his value. Otherwise I'm sure the same poo-poo platter will be available at the deadline as it is now.

I'm a fan of acquiring Tony Snell too mikkeman. Still young and has the potential to be a solid 3 and D guy.
Kevin Martin & Andre Miller for Tony Snell & Mike Dunleavy.

Both Dunleavy and snell are more valuable that kmart and Miller
Re: What would you do?
Dunleavy is injured and already 35. He might not play single game this season since he is recovering from back surgery. He has still two more years worth of 10 million left in his contract. So I think he has currently negative trade value.

*I haven't read the thread so maybe Inam doubling up on some thoughts but here we go.
I would tell Milt he better start considering what he wanted to do next with his career because if I was his coach it was going to get him fired. Lol
The first thing I would do is demand to hire coaches to do the job for me. Basically I would take the job to hire the next HC.
I think the main thing I would like to do is really work on telling these guys to let that 3 pointer fly. Be ready to shoot it and let it go.
If Bazz doesn't start he gets a ton of minutes.
I run Bjelica out there as the backup 4 and tell him to let that 3 ball fly. I basically tell him to shoot at least 5 three's a game. Obviously I don't want him completely force the shots but I would want him firing.

Well if that is the case, why on earth would you want to make this deal? Snell is a mediocre player at best. You certainly don't saddle yourself with an albatross contract in Dunleavy for the services of a 38% shooter. I just don't understand some of these things thrown out around here.

The thing I have always liked about Bjelly is that the guy only looks to shoot the 3 or put the ball on the floor for either a shot in the paint or a kickout to an open shooter. You almost never see him pull up off the dribble for a long 2, a shot we see all too often from the likes of Wiggins, LaVine, Martin, and Rubio.

Agreed. He is a smart player with a skills we lack from the younger guys. I liked the idea of starting him and seeing if he can guard the other teams SF. That or let loose Shabazz.
