1) Nuggets - Wolves should be favored by 4
2) @Suns - Line will be close to even
3) Pacers - Wolves favored by 2-3
4) Nets - Wolves favored by 6-7
5) Magic - Wolves favored by 4-5
Win those 5 games and we are 20-28. I'm not myopic enough to think this is going to be easy, but it's definitely reasonable to think we can win all of those games. We will probably stumble along the way, but it will be fun to see how this turns out.

Win against the Nuggets will say a lot. They play good ball and they're deep.

And Jokic has been monster inside lately. He is averaging something like 25pts, 11 rebounds and 5 assists in January while shooting well over 60% from field.

The Denver game is one we need to win. We are 1-7 against divisional opponents and it's the biggest reason we aren't the 8th seed right now. Oh, and guess who is the 8th seed? Denver. Winning this game could put us right in the mix again.
It does appear Denver might be a little banged up, so may be we get lucky.....

Denver seems to always play really well against us, especially Gallo. I will be pleasantly surprised if the Wolves win that one. As mentioned, the depth difference is an issue.
PS: I've read frequently this season that DEN is just too deep to form a reasonable rotation and that has led to unhappy players. I'd be more than happy to take Chandler or Faried off their hands.

If it was on the road it would be one thing, but these are the types of games we just have to start winning at home.

The way things are right now in the standing that Denver game at home is a big deal. It's not the end of the world if they lose it but it's probably as big of a game as there is for the playoff push.

This team is still way to inconsistent to run off six wins IMO. If they can match the 4-2 record of their past 6 games I'll be very pleased!
Yup, the good news is that they steadied the ship over the past 20 games and seem to be back to a win rate they were on in the second half of last season. The bad news is that they dug a huge hole for themselves early and continue to have too many "let down" games.
IF the Wolves have already had their worst stretch of the season they will be a few games ahead of last year because they didn't turn it around for a few games later than this team seems to have done. 5-6 more wins this year COULD be enough to get this team in the playoff conversation. We will see.

New Orleans, Portland, and Sacramento all lose tonight. We play Denver next. It's amazing how that 8th seed is just BEGGING for someone to grab hold of it and pull away from everyone else. Why can't it be us?

With Towns playing like an All-Star, I think it's our spot to grab hold of. He's been more engaged, more under control, more aware, etc. Really settled down.
