That gave me goose bumps. My favorite is the Lavine dribble drive dunk where his head gets up near the rim. Great stuff.

I don't think Flip was making a point about KG not leaving and Love leaving he was making the point that KG DIDN'T want to leave and really didn't he basically relented when it became obvious the Wolves were ready to move on and he had a winning situation. He mentioned this because the narrative was KG left... well he did leave, but it really wasn't his preference. He would have stayed.

That New Wolves Order video is pretty cool. I wish someone would put together something like it, but include some Thad Young, Gorgui Dieng, Shabazz Muhammad and Anthony Bennett. Maybe a dash of Ricky Rubio too. Probably closer to the season's start I guess. A 2014 Wolves hype video basically.

It starts at the top!
So thankful that Flip never wavered and took a lesser offer for the Love. Listening to his interview and what was apparent was that the Warriors low balled us and never offered Klay---I believed he mentioned to them as cornerstone piece---or franchise type guys that he and Milt was listening for. Who really cares about the Boston or Chicago trade possibility----we all knew that they were only ploys to get the Cavs to include Drew. It worked.
So here's a big fat middle finger to you Golden State for trying to get a top 10 guy in the league for your junk. And a double shot to you Phoenix for making such a lame aXX offer at our deadline. You only think for yourself and deserve to lose Bledsoe next off season. LOL. Golden State is going to have a hard time giving Klay a 10M+ contract when they will have Lee, Bogut, Iggy and Curry on similar one----that doesn't even include the re-up prospect of Draymond Green and Barnes.
After years of being in the lottery dungeon----we won one Wolves fan! We have the consensus top prospect since perhaps Lebron AND he has a chip on his shoulder to boot!
So thanks K-Love. You got us the top pick in the best draft in years AND your ultimate chance to be the Robin that we all knew you to be. There are no more excuses my friend.
Leaders are born. We have Ricky and a pack of hungary Wolves. Let's run!

This is my new favorite post in the opTIMism thread! And Phoenix can't be ripped enough for their absurd last-second offer.

I was really happy to see that Bazz has been training with an intense crazy special forces guy out here...workout sounds brutal. Now Flip has convinced Bennett to join him, and apparently Turiaf is here too. There is so much in this story for the opTIMism thread:
1) We all know Bazz is one of the hardest working guys on the team, but it looks like he is taking it to a new level. He tends to carry a little more weight on him than he needs, and we want to see him flying down the court with the rest of the athletic freaks. He consistently does what he needs to do to get better, and this is just another example.
2) Yes, Bennett has lost weight since last season, but he still looked overweight to me in Vegas and certainly bigger than he was when he was a dominant player at UNLV. He also seemed to be gasping for air sometimes, although apparently it was almost 90 in the gym that day. This can only help him get in the shape he needs to run with the Wolves.
3) I like it that Flip wasn't shy about suggesting that AB join Bazz at this boot camp. I often felt that the Wolves coddled Love, and Taylor said as much yesterday when he suggested that the Wolves allowed Kevin to ignore defense. Flip is sending a message that he will not tolerate anyone not giving 100% at all times, and he will have help in this area from Sam Mitchell.
4) Turiaf is there! I don't care that Ronny gets in shape because ideally he doesn't see the court much this year. But I can't think of a better guy to spend some time, and maybe a lot of time, with impressionable second year guys who had disappointing rookie years. I'm imagining the three of them in the bar at the end of the day, with Ronny telling AB and Bazz that they have ten times the talent he ever had, and if they keep working every day, they will be stars. It's gotta be good.
5) I just like the idea of three of our players working together before training camp, because I sense that this is something that has always been missing. Love never seemed interested in developing relationships with teammates, and even Ricky seemed to be off doing his own thing. I like hearing about 20% of our roster working together at boot camp. More evidence that team chemistry is going to be much better.

Looks like the grueling boot camp worked for Shabazz! He looks ready for a breakout second season.
Let's hope Bennett goes has the same results.

"As I said to our staff, all of the (players) here, they better be ready because (Muhammad) is going to be coming into camp with a chip on..
...his shoulder," Saunders said. "He is going to come in with a focus on what he wants to accomplish."
Where is Shabazz going to get minutes, though? He can't play small ball PF now without that bulk. He doesn't really have a SG's game. That puts him at SF, where we have Wiggins, Budinger and Brewer who can play there. Flip supposedly really likes Shabazz, so how is he going to open up minutes for him?
