We need a lot more out of McNothing. Right now he and Shake are the only two guys who have accumulated negative VORP on the team. That's not good company.

I think he can be fixed, but what the hek is going on with him? It's time to inject him into the offense, and for Jaden to amp up the offensive aggressiveness. It seems his penchant for collecting fouls has impacted his overall mindset.

I'm hopeful as well. I don't mean to be the guy always picking on him, but man - the guy has been invisible this year on the stat sheets. I think everyone agrees he's better than what we've seen so far this year. We gotta get him right for the playoffs.
