And while Julius and Zion's offensive bully ball style is similar, Zion is practically unstoppable when he gets downhill (and Rudy's high screens would get him going downhill more frequently), and he is much less prone to having the ball poked away. Zion is an elite offensive player, as you can tell by comparing him to our own Anthony Edwards...Zion averages 37.1 points per 100 possessions compared to Ant's 34. And he is so efficient on his drives to the basket, his TS% is almost 6 percentage points higher than Ant's despite almost no 3-pointers.
Where are you getting these per 100 numbers? Is that a career average?

This year aant scored 39.4 pts per 100; Zion 33.5

In 25': Ant- 37.5; Zion- 41.2

24': 36.7; 35.3

Ant wins two out of the three most recent, but Zion had a higher peak.
Here's the average of those 3 years:

Ant: 37.9
Zion:36.6

All that said, your point still stands, Zion is an incredible offensive player and him and Ant would form one of most dynamic one, two punches in the league no doubt.
Just the geometric problem that they would present would be quite the treat.

That said, Zion grosses me out with the allegations he has faced, I simply wouldn't touch him

Yes, I went with career numbers…both are clearly elite scorers.

But you raise a good point about the allegations, although nothing has been proven. Still I don’t know that either Zion or Ant are going to win any good citizen of the year awards!

When was the last time the Wolves had something that teams couldn't deal with? Never? Zion and Ant would cause some real problems for opposing defenses. That is worth exploring but I'm not a fan of putting Joan in the deal. I'm wondering how the Pels would view Rudy.

Gotcha, I was just confused cause your numbers were different.

Nothing is likey to be "proven" it's a civil suit and my guess is it gets settled out of court. That said the allegations are ... disturbing and if they happened would be extremely illegal (even if he never faces time).
To my knowledge Ant hasn't been accused of anything illegal and his "not winning citizens of the year" mostly comes down to individual moral preferences (again, this is just based on my understanding)

I normally don't care to get into this stuff, but it would be extremely disappointing if the Wolves added Zion

Character seems to matter a lot to TC, so I'm sure the allegations will be a factor in his decision. And I agree that the allegations, if true, are uglier than Ant's transgressions.

Not only character, but “connective tissue” as well. I don’t think Zion Wii be a target for TC. I have my doubts about Kawhi, too.

I know Zion was lighter to start this season how did that pan out? He is a big dude regardless but it seems clear to me for a number of years he had issues there especially since he had problems staying healthy. Of course being injured would also factor into him possibly being overweight but yeah.
