I agree with Khans, Cousins isn't great at 4-5 WR sets, reading quickly and excelling at throwing WR's open. He still had a higher QBR last year then Aaron Rodgers, Brady and Roethlisberger. So you can win with him offensively. He is very good at playaction. Accurate when given time. Short to medium routes. He's not Culpepper where he can drop a dime to Moss for 50 yards, though I would say that was Moss making the play (adjusting perfectly) most of the time.
His weakness is holding the ball too long and not fitting passes into tight windows. Though I would say that's what makes him avg/above avg in the NFL at QB, rather then an elite one. Elite ones read the defense quicker, anticipate WR's getting open. Peyton Manning was the supreme example of this. Even with a horrendous OLine he was able to not take many sacks, hits or fumbles.

Cousins is 5-27 against winning teams in his career with 48 fumbles since he came into the league. Really the only numbers you need to look at.
