If not for that offsides penalty this might be a scoreless game. I've been pretty impressed so far even though they are only up 2 touchdowns. My guy Sirles seems to have done fine subbing for Smith.

Branford is playing so well right now. Kudos to Spellman for making the move. Fun team to watch right now!

This defense is something and the offense actually did some good things tonight with backup lineman. Bradford looked plenty good. Also who is this Jeff Locke guy did we trade a future pick for him and I didn't know about it? He has been pretty good. Patterson had another plenty useful game.

One last thought for this thread...I think if he stays healthy McKinnon has a real chance to be a 1,000 yard rusher for this team. Sure he only has 138 yards on the season through week 4 but he only has to average just under 72 yards a game to get to 1,000 and these last 2 games he has averaged 130 so yeah it's not exactly outlandish. I suppose if Hillman can ever get up to speed he could get some carries but I don't think pass protecting has ever been a strength for him so it may take a while to get in too much and the Vikings gave line some carries yesterday.

Say what? McKinnon hasn't rushed for 130 in any game this season much less averaged 130 over the past two. You must mean he totaled 130 over the past two. Either way you just know they're going to force feed AD if/once he comes back so you can write off 1k for Jet. I'd just say, like Zimm, individual stats don't matter, wins matter, and Jet can and should be a key component going forward, AD or no AD!!

Yes I meant total. Oops. You are much more optimistic about AP returning during the season than I am.
