Yes. No one player lost this game for the Wolves. And credit us for hanging in there. But there's no exclude for not getting the ball to KAT down the stretch. I wish I could say that was an anomaly. Unfortunately, as we all know, it was the norm - and not just down the stretch as I illustrated in another post showing KAT's shots compared to his teammates in a bunch of our losses to sub .500 teams. So that issue isn't a reflection of not stepping up in the playoffs. It's a continuation of a season-long issue.
And Harden needs to be doubled. No one on our team can guard him.
Awesome game I was frustrated with the officiating also. Man playoff basketball and a competitive game for my favorite team. Gotta love it. After this game I'm so glad we made it here. Hopefully we see at least 2 more competitive games.
I agree with all that wiggins was our best option for a clean look at the end. Wish wig would have made that runner after he grab the board with under 1 min to go but he played well.

I missed that one, but I'm not surprised he did it or that he got away with it. It's hard enough to beat the Rockets with balanced officiating. But star or no star, what Harden gets away with repeatedly is inexcusable and the NBA needs to put a stop to it. I'll say this. I'll be rooting against the Rockets in every round beyond this one.
It's tough for me. Harden is so creative and unique. You can't really blame the player for taking what the refs give them. At least he's not dirty like Paul. I do hate Paul and Dantoni more.
I don't blame Harden one bit. I blame the officials and the NBA. I'm with you in not liking Chris Paul. So I won't be rooting against Harden. I'll be rooting against Chris Paul and for the opposing team that has to overcome not only James Harden but also the corrupt officiating that unfairly favors him.
we played a close game, but we might have been able to eek one out if
1) Thibs didnt start the game with kat on capela.
2) The refs didnt let harden and paul get away with alot of physicality. wiggs got clown for some some cheap fouls while getting nothing on the other end.
3) A little trust in kat and wiggins late in games, especially kat. Its maddening to get a mismatch only to watch crawford, rose, or teague try to iso capela instead of just dumoping the ball to kat.
The post game is great Wolves talk right now. Wolves are dummies hahah. Chuck is making me laugh. If we do iso Jimmy we have got to do iso KAT. It's our only way to have a shot.

Chuck is always entertaining. But he's also pretty smart.
