Fleming would be a more ready big. If he was the selection, the chances of Randle being moved is more likely. Randle for DeJounte Murray?

I’m surprised it took this long for Asa to come off the board. We’re down to seven picks left before #31. My list of remaining favorites for the Wolves at #31 is now down to the following seven:

Seven more picks to go before #31. Here are the remaining 8 of my initial 10 favorites for the Wolves:

1. Raynaud
2. Fleming
3. Konan
4. Kalkbrenner
5. Nique Clifford
6. Ben Saraf
7. Tyrese Proctor
8. Danny Wolf

My dream draft remains alive. I wanted Sorber or Beringer at 17. I would have preferred Sorber, but I’m very happy with Beringer. With Beringer in the fold, the Wolves can give me my dream draft if they get Raynaud or Fleming at #31. Unlike Beringer, both are NBA ready bigs who provide offensive fire power. Raynaud is also really good rebounder.

Nique Clifford picked by OKC but routed to the Kings.

It will be interesting for the Wolves at 31 if they don't move up. They will have hours to take any offers for that pick.

Clifford’s a nice pick for the Kings. I love guards who can rebound and this guy is an elite rebounder. If your an elite rebounder in college it’s highly likely your be an elite rebounder in the NBA. He can also score and pass. And it’s a good defender.

Six more picks to go before #31. Here are the remaining 7 of my initial 10 favorites for the Wolves:

1. Raynaud
2. Fleming
3. Konan
4. Kalkbrenner
5. Ben Saraf
6. Tyrese Proctor
7. Danny Wolf

My dream draft remains alive - Raynaud or Fleming.

I recall TC saying they didn’t see much different between from 17-31. I suspect he didn’t think Beringer would be available at 17. With Beringer gone and given who’s left I’d be shocked if TC traded up. He knows the value of pick #31 and I have no doubt he’ll sit tight and entertain offers from after tonight’s 1st round concludes.

How about 31 and some cash to the Nets to move up to pick 26 and get Fleming.

Yeah I was more covering my bases. 31 is a little cheaper too.
