Kelly Iko: The Los Angeles Clippers have extended an offer to free agent center Moses Brown, league sources tell @TheAthletic. - via Twitter KellyIkoNBA

Another one just got away. :) Seriously, this was a guy the Wolves should have signed.

The Wolves added Gobert so signing Brown would have made some sense. I think that whole the fit may make sense they may be looking at a true vet for that spot. I can see the thinking there especially if they are able to keep Nate Knight on a 2 way. I'll say this if Moses brown ever becomes something worthwhile the Wolves will be one of a bunch of teams that missed out.

If you want a ton of size rebounding and shot locking Whiteside is still available. He already knows how to backup Gobert. :) Of course there is gonna be less opportunity here than he had in Utah so I would assume he lands elsewhere. I think that's gonna make it harder to sign guys for that spot. Heck we don't even know for sure if Naz will get to play much.

Why not Harrell? Should be extra cheap with this drug charge. Or Aldridge as a way back up?

Doper - I hadn't heard about the drug charges until seeing your post. I was wondering why he's still available. Now I know. It was pot possession, but it's a felony charge based on the huge amount he had. He's looking at some significant jail time. So I don't think he's someone the Wolves should consider even though he'd come cheap. Here's an excerpt from an article on his arrest:

State Trooper Jesse Owens wrote on his report, "upon stop observed odor of marijuana". Also in his report, Harrell admitted to being in possession of marijuana, some of which was found in his sweatpants. After fully searching his car, three pounds of marijuana were found in vacuum-sealed bags in a backpack in the backseat. He could face 1-5 years of jail time with a fine of $1k-$10k per Boone's report.

Not many people will be able to outrun a state trooper named Jesse Owens.

Bobby Marks said today that Steph Curry, right now, is the second-best player of all-time -- only behind Michael Jordan.

I just want us to remember this hot take for the future. I also want Marks to undergo psychological evaluation and counseling, but that's a discussion for him and his family. Unreal. And Marks is one of the main guys Darren "Doogie" Wolfson goes to for his scoops and NBA knowledge. Just wow.

If it knocks KeBron down a peg I'll agree with it. If it k ocks him down a few pegs I'll sing his praises!
