Jabari parker pulled from regular rotation. He wont get playing time on the worst team in the league.

Another team off the list for us to trade one of our 4 pgs on the roster.

The Washington Wizards have reached an agreement to acquire Phoenix Suns forward Trevor Ariza in a three-team deal, league sources said told ESPN on Friday night.

The Suns will acquire Wizards guard Austin Rivers and Grizzlies forwards MarShon Brooks and Wayne Selden, league sources said.

Washington is sending forward Kelly Oubre to Memphis, the sources said.

Memphis will send Washington a 2020 second-round pick and a 2019 conditional second-round pick via Boston, league sources said.

Hahahahahha the deal is dead because the Suns didn't know what Brooks was actually included in the deal. I was thinking Memphis stole Oubre in this deal.

How about the Wolves step in and offer Tyus to Phoenix, and Wolves get Oubre? Suns have certainly shown interest in Tyus. Just thinking....

Wishful thinking, unfortunately. Oubre has more value than Jones.

But that's not really the point. The deal was cancelled by the Suns because they didn't get the correct "Brooks". So the question is really...is Tyus on par with the Brooks they wanted. When I look that guy up, he is certainly not great. And again, there were rumors that the Suns were interested in Tyus earlier. If Oubre is seen as a long term guy (someone we would want to resign) you add a 2nd round pick. Maybe that makes it more even.

I'm a fan Oubre but...okogie isn't even playing right now and if Teague Rose got hurt who is playing PG? What kind of money are you looking to spend on Oubre? I get the value proposition but I'm curious to hear your thinking further.

This is a neat story about an unlikely friendship.

If KAT and Dieng get hurt, who is playing. If Roco and Wig get hurt, who is playing. Point is that no team survives injuries to their starter and back up at a position. They have to go sign a minimum level player to fill in.
