There is an international break coming up, so good time to heal up. Dorka beats her girlfriend and gave her best minutes of the year. Then Court, Phee, McBride and Howard all filled in the gaps.
I could only watch the first half and the Lynx looked great. They don't have any trouble getting up for these big road games. It's a relief they don't play anymore bottom dwellers this season.
They let their foot off the gas in the second half and the 23 point lead slipped to 7 because they went through another 7 minute scoring drought. They got good shots but just missed them. Overall hard to complain.

Hopefully Liv won’t miss a game but only 3 more games until she gets a long international break rest

Best defensive effort of the season. They were flying all over the court. Our defensive rotations were a thing of beauty and they rarely got open looks. My only complaint is the second half they struggled on the glass. Think some of that is they switched a lot so Howard was on the perimeter a lot.

Valkyrie are such a high variance team because they shoot a ton of 3s and don’t have a true go to scorer. But they play their asses off defensively and move the ball. I’ve said this for awhile but they are the Lynx team from the last 2 years just without Phee

Good to hear, kek.

I admire the way GS plays, but I think the biggest challenge to the Lynx winning a championship is the Fever...they are playing really well right now.

The defense in the first half was scintillating. As Kek said, they were flying all over the half court and seemed to have scouted GS very well.

My only complaint was our ball security. I think Howard had 7 turnovers and I think they have her handling the ball way too much.

Lynx beat another playoff team on the road without Phee.

Howard and Liv were so good tonight.

It was nice to see Dorka knock down some 3's.

Agreed. She did struggle in the first half on defense though. The bench scares me. They are not bad players but they are super inconsistent game to game.

Washington is going to be really good , they will more than likely add a top 3 pick because Chicago is a terrible organization

I was expecting a lot more from Dorka this season but not everyone comes back playing well off of major injury.

The bench (which I talked about the nice depth a few weeks ago) seems like a good group of players to fill in cracks but there isn't much scoring there. When Coffey is easily the biggest scorer off your bench that isn't super great. I've seen some people ask whether or not they would be better off playing Kosu at times depending on matchups instead of Dorka. That seems to have some merit but I don't watch the full games and at some point they need some size and Dorka has that.
