Haliburton once joked with Embiid at Team USA about coming to play in Indiana and his response was "Never in my life, I would rather retire." Embiid has never made it out of the 2nd round of the playoffs, and Indiana is now in the finals happy.

It sure seems like the Suns are using the Wolves to get the other teams to up their offers.

It is also the case that the Wolves are a trade of last resort, because the Wolves cannot participate in a KD trade until after July 1st.

Well it is definitely cold. But NBA players spend a significant amount of that time in airports, in a gym or out of town.

As for the Twin Cities being a shithole... would be interesting to see how you compare it with other NBA cities. MN is noted for a pretty high standard quality of life.

I will say it again. Money always talks. We won’t give extension and we have state income taxes. The other team rumored do not have either.
